Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Town Executive Travel for your airport transfer needs. Below are the terms and conditions that apply to our services:

1. Guarantee to Turn Up:
   • We guarantee that our drivers will arrive promptly for your airport transfer. If we fail to turn up to pick you up, we will refund you £200. If we arrive more than 30 minutes late, we will refund you £50 (see point number 8 below)
   • To qualify for this guarantee, you must:
     • Book your transfer in advance.
     • Provide accurate pickup details, including date, time, and location.
     • Be ready at the specified pickup point at the agreed-upon time.
2. Booking and Payment:
   • Bookings can be made online or via phone  (online bookings are only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us)
   • Payment must be made in advance or upon completion of the outward journey.
   • We accept cash or bank transfers (funds must be cleared 48 hours before outward journey)
3. Cancellations and Modifications:
   • If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
   • Late cancellations (less than 24 hrs may incur a fee.
4. Flight Delays:
   • We monitor all flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust the pickup time accordingly and keep you informed
   • No additional charge for flight delays.
5. Luggage and Passengers:
   • Our vehicles have space for standard luggage. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized or excessive luggage.
   • The maximum number of passengers per vehicle is specified during booking.
6. Driver Behaviour and Safety:
   • Our drivers are professional, licensed, and courteous.
   • Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
   • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting disruptive behaviour.
7. Liability and Insurance:
   • Town Executive Travel is insured for passenger liability.
   • Passengers are responsible for their belongings.
8. Force Majeure:
   • We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, traffic, road closures).
9. Privacy:
   • We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with data protection laws.
